First off, I swear on my anti-capitalist soul to always clearly label affiliate links and to never recommend a product that I haven't used. There will be a link to a toy John Deere tractor later, but I am not recommending this toy. That link is only a test.

Why?

I will need to pay many bills before capitalism ends. Writing articles is a potential income stream that uses what I already do in my free time. I went through a monetize your hobbies phase in my 20s, so I'm not interested in that maximalist approach to revenue streams. I'll continue trying to develop my writing as a way to communicate my beliefs and structure my thoughts and perhaps maybe there will be a reason to recommend a reader purchase something I've already bought and used.
